Your new organisation
Your new organisation are a public sector organisation based in West Wales who have a mixed property portfolio including residential and commercial buildings.
Your new role
Your new role will involve undertaking Surveying works on both the residential and commercial buildings

  • Prepare schedules of works and specifications to obtain quotations and tenders for cyclical, major repairs work
  • To supervise and monitor works on site, issue contract instructions and agree variations
  • Undertake pre and post inspections for day to day, cyclical and major repair works
  • Prepare specification, drawings, report and other contract documentation
  • Schemes to include kitchen refurbishments, toilet refurbishments, roofing, drainage works and more.
What you’ll need to succeed
You will need experience working as a Surveyor previously and experience in;
Supervising contractors
Pre and post inspections on site of cyclical and major repair works
Ability to prepare specifications, reports and contracts documentation
Able to start immediately (within 1 week)
What you’ll get in return
£21.00 per hour, paid weekly, 37 hours per week, minimum of 4 months work, friendly and professional team/office environment. Mileage paid at 45p per mile if using your own vehicle.
