A highly renowned building and project consultancy located in York are currently seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to join their prestigious consultancy.
The successful Building Surveyor will be working as part of a small team across a broad range of traditional building surveying instructions over a variety of sectors.
As the successful Building Surveyor, you will be regularly liaising with prestigious clients and ensuring that clients expectations are managed through project lifecycles.
The Role of The Successful Building Surveyorwill include;
- Defect diagnosis
- Preparing drawings using AutoCAD
- Project management
- Contract administration
The Successful Building Surveyorwill have;
- Ideally MRICS or working towards APC
- Proficient with the use of AutoCAD
- Interest in historic building conservation
- Full UK driving licence
In Return, The Successful Building Surveyorwill receive;
