TSA are currently working in partnership with an Asset Consultancy who are looking to recruit a number of M&E Asset Surveyors MOJ buildings in the North East.
We are looking for M&E Surveyors to carry out M&E asset verification and condition surveys of MOJ establishments. The contract will form around 6 months of work.
The successful individual will be working as part of a team responsible for logging, tagging and creating condition reports for all mechanical and electrical assets within retail and commercial establishments.
We will ideally be looking for candidates who are qualified within the building services sector either mechanically or electrically, ideally you will be self-sufficient and comfortable managing your own workload.
All data will be recorded on a PDA device as such this contract will require 4-5 days on site with around 40 hours committed per week.
